This has been the Big Question lately. Should I stay or should I go? Europe? Nada? Or yes? It's so far away from everyone I love, and lets just say that I get severely homesick. But hey, it's Europe, and a once in a lifetime oppritunity, right?
...Right?Last night I had a dream that I was walking through the pebble streets just staring at everything. It was even better than I imagined. What I do is imagine the worst usually, and that's a bad thing to do. Sometimes I'm worried that Europe won't be as amazing as I thought it would be. But let me tell you: this dream was amazing. God, wish I was there.
But should I really go?That's the question of the day for me.Stay?
Or go?
Me: No clue.

  1. GO! JADE YOU HAVE TO!! It'll take your mind off things and you'll feel SO refreshed and ready to take on the world. Over there, no one knows who you are. You can be YOU. The one you WANT to be. My friend went over the summer and she said she wished she could live there. She said it was AMazing. And her opinion is good enough for me. So go. Or you'll regret not going and wondered if you should have gone and it'll be horrible. You'll get a change of scenery. So my advice is to go, and have fun.
Where in Europe are you planning to go?
Sorry for sounding so aggressive :p
And thanks for your comment on my blog, and yes it was interesting. :) Haha.

  2. Oh Jade - I know the 'anxiety' about travel - but I agree with Melanie...GO! Even if you do get homesick, it will teach you how much you love where you live, or how much you love the people you left. It'll teach you so many other things that a lifetime in school could never come close to. You'll meet people that will expand your mind, and you'll get to know yourself so much better. You may even fall in love!
You'll discover parts of yourself that you might even know are there!
If you are going alone, you could sign up for a group tour (like Contiki)that has tours broken down into different age groups so you could be with your peers...
And I left the best until last! You'll have fun!!!

  3. Two words.

    G. O.

Those weren't really words, were they? Letters, I guess. Sorry about that.

    But do go.

  4. Europe is amazing! There is so much beautifull to see! Go girl go :D

  5. gogogogogogo! go! gogogogogogogogo! that's actually quite fun. gogogogogogogogo. haha, sorry bout that.

    Cassidy the Monisa

  6. Go. Seriously go.
    xoxo (hehe that rhymes)

  7. That is an easy questions! GO!

  8. SAME! I haven't been on Lisi's in ever. I've started getting on every once and a while, just to see if some of the same people are on. I'm not really into her books anymore either, but I still think she's a very talented author. I'll def. have too look up that site, though! I'm interested. ;) I'll add it to my favorites! Do you have a tumblr? we could follow each other. :) X's and O's, Hannah. ♥
P.s.- You've heard this from me one to many times, but I love this post. :)

  9. I think you should go. If you don't you might end up regretting your decision, which is even a good thing. GO GO GO! You only live once, remember! :D

  10. Melanie♥♥♥- ha ha, i don't think you're aggressive! just... you know what you're talking about, huh? i'm still thinking about this, cause it's a hard choice for me to make.

Trudi Sissons - Two Dresses Studio- finally! someone else who shares my homesick issues! thanks for the comment, it made me think about the potental :)

    That Blond Guy- Three Words.

    ~Abby~- :)

Joy- i def believe you, since you live there, right? ugggh, i'm so jealous, it's ugly to see inn me, ha ha!

    ↘Cassidy↙- :) ur funny, Cass!

    Brookie- ha ha, it does!

Dylana Suarez- i'll check out ur blog sometime

xoxo, Hannah.- same here. still love lisi! but i've moved on....
no, i don't have a tumblr, but i might get one, i'd defenetly follow you :)

    ЯANdOM ЯAWR- yeah, ur right!

    to all you commenters-
well, i still haven't decided. but that's okay. thanks for all the sweet comments, i'll eep 'em in my back pocket :)

  11. Go! GO! GO! I hope you'll be in Europe by the time you read this because I want you to Go!!! Its beautiful there and you might as well said you did it. I bet you that you wont regret it! And who knows you might meet a cute European guy :)

    Love Ya

    And dont forget to GO!!

  12. After I booked tickets for my Europe trip (I went in July this year), I started to get so worrie dabout everything...about weakening new friendships I'd made, about missing out on things about home, missing friends and family..
But i can tell you that once you get over there you get so wrapped up in the lifestyle, so lost in all the new cities and places, you forget you're not at home for the most part. Especially if you're travelling with a friend.
There's times youll feel like you're a bit out of your element but if you've got the right mindset you'll learn to relish it instead of fear it.
Along with everyone else on here my advice is to go, and don't look back. You'll love it.

    Mel x

  13. Go! Most people would die for an opportunity to go to Europe. Being away from loved ones suck, but imagine all the photos and stories you'll be able to share with them!

  14. Jade- Okay! I'll follow you too! And I have an idea about me, you, Francesa, Talia, and if you remember Lauren? If we could all get on Lisi's and just talk like we all used too, like in the winter/spring? like the old group. :) Lauren said she's down, if you want to email me at that'll be great. :) I'm going to try and get ahold of Francesca and Talia, but if you have their email or anything, then just let me know in an email, okay? :) X's and O's, Hannah. ♥

  15. Go! Go! Go!
I'm going on exchange and deep down I know it's not going to be all I've idealised it to be but you have to make the most of it, wherever you go and if you stay positive and optimistic and believe everytime will turn out right, it will.
By the way, why exactly are you going to Europe? :P
