Space

Sometimes, I just wish I could take everything out of my room and start fresh again. I want to pull every trace of furniture out, rip down my curtains and photos on the walls, and paint everything white again. I'd like to leave the windows open all day on the coldest day of winter to let every trace of the past float out the window. Then, in a freezing room, I'd come in with a big sweatshirt and curl up on the floor, the tips of my fingers blue, wanting a second chance. Basically, all i really want is for my life to rewind two and a half years, then hit play. And live up the time of my life all over again.

Short hair, fillet-o-fish commercial, him, my oversized hoodies, the snow, gasoline, freezing cold fingers.
Yeah. That was my life. And I miss it so much.

  1. I know, I know. Easier said then done. Typical cliche. But, when you're saying "Get over him, you can do better." it describes the situation in the best way possible. I know, every time I see *him in the hall, I smile brighter, I laugh louder, and my heart skips a beat. Same thing happen to you? All you want is to be with *him. I understand where you're coming from. The best advice I can give is to hold your head high, and walk with the most confidence you can gather. It's not easy, but if you can fake it, sooner or later you'll realize that you should have you for you. You don't need to loose weight, wear more makeup, or dress better. You are amazing just how you are, no boy should EVER look down on you.

Okay, now that that's cleared away, I'd like to comment on this actual post, and it's loveliness, away from the matter of boys. It's beautiful. It's like you want a clean slate. A new begining. All you need is a re-do button. But sometimes, learning from your mistakes is better then reliving them.

I also LOVE your halloween costume idea! Pictures? (:

  2. Me too, except I want to restart life all over again but still remember all the mistakes I've made, so not to repeat them again.

Thanks for your gorgeous comment on my blog - you are one of my favourite followers because you are so cheerful and beautiful.

You asked me to come check out your blog - but I already have! I read it alot - and would like to say how inspirational it is. Lately though, my internet has been down so I havent been able to comment or follow or click anything much without it taking an hour!

  5. But the thing is, you can't push rewind. Nobody can. You just have to turn what's to come into something just as good, or maybe even better.

  6. I wouldn't want to rewind my past. If anything, the mistakes and lessons that I learned in my past are what made me who I am now. But, I totally get your perspective on things.
